I have been thinking of getting back to journaling - I used to do morning pages and actually stopped therapy as I was working so much out in the pages. Perhaps this is a nudge…

Start with just one word a day, one day at a time. Or try a micro movement. Think of 3 words, select one and then write continuously for 2mins about what that word means to you, where does it show up in your life. Let me know how you get on 💫
