Thanks for sharing - I'm enjoying your brief reflections this month, and the journaling prompts (even if I'm not finding much time to journal!).

I read the Ikigai book a few years ago and was totally sold on the concept - would be great if it was more widespread. 🌸

I've not yet Women Who Run With Wolves but a friend attended a yoga/women's healing type retreat based on the book last year and sounded amazing!

Wondering what your thoughts are on You are a Badass? I've seen the cover pop up in lots of places but it initially struck me as a bit "girlboss-y" - but maybe not? 😊

Hey Lauren, thanks for connecting and for your kind words. I loved the IKIGAI book and I dive into quite often to get me back on track when the procrastination sets in. The Badass book was ok, but it didn't really float my boat. A few interesting top tips but nothing I hadn't heard before. What are reading this month?

Yeah can see that it's definitely a good one to keep dipping into!

Okay that's helpful - thank you :)

I've just finished Yellowface by Rebecca F Kuang, which I got really absorbed in having not read fiction for a while, and about to pick up Roxane Gay's Bad Feminist which I've been meaning to read for years!

Ah I’ve heard good things about yellow face. Do you like book clubs? Sam Baker from The Shift hosts one that I love. Sam interviews the authors each month. Always the potential of receiving a free copy of the book of the month 👌📘

Not currently part of one but I do like a book club! I didn't know that Sam Baker hosted one though, will definitely check it out - thank you! 😊
