Welcome to another enriching Sunday WORD:ship session.  I’m thrilled you could join me and I hope you’re ready to embark on a few moments of self-reflection and calm.  Today’s session is not just about words; it’s about the power that they hold in shaping our thoughts, emotions and ultimately our week ahead.

You may dread the Monday morning blues or feel positively ready to start a brand new week, however you’re feeling right now, be assured that after spending the next 10-20minutes or so journaling, you’ll be ready for the week ahead.

I have carefully crafted a selection of therapeutic journaling prompts to help bring out the best in your Sunday and set the tone for a brand new week.  This session is designed to be a sanctuary for your thoughts, a playground for your creativity and a compass for your mindset.  So make sure the kettle is on, as you’ll need a nice warm cuppa to sip whilst you pause for thought with your journal.
