Daily journaling is also a gift to friends and family. I often include conversations and detailed accounts of a day out with a friend. When I share this with my friends years later, they are delighted to have been included in my journal (the accounts of our junior high classes and dances written in 1966 are hilarious). I always include comments about what my children are doing. They are too busy to journal so my journals are like their life histories--flawed and incomplete, but enough to jog their memories.
Your prompts here are perfect for me at the moment! x

Thanks for your comments Lynn. This resonates with me so much, especially regards the children
