Yes! It's all about connection and that's the theme I want to explore this week in my own Substack., and you're so right, Tanya - write with Ease, about what, and how that feels right for you. There appears to be no judgment here, which is terrific.

It’s liberating stuff when you can write like nobody is reading. Takes guts but so worth it 💛

Well done for making and keeping the commitment to showing up 👏👏 it’s inspiring. And I love how you’ve just decided to let things evolve as opposed to being boxed into a category. Love reading your rambles 💜🌟

Interesting.... How many 'private' subscriptions do you have? Many of the emails I receive are for private subscribers only and it irks me a bit! Is that mean? I've been thinking of using substack for my ramblings too but not sure where to start. Maybe I need a workshop?

I think you just have to concentrate on what makes you happy. Write regardless of who and why people are subscribing. Go with it. Find your flow. Just for the time being. As with anything in life, there will be good days and not so good days.

I can only speak from experience, the more I tried to conform to a certain template the less likely I wanted to write. I write for me. Knowing there is someone else, just another someone who will be feeling like me. Interested in what I get joy from and frustrated with exactly the same struggles and challenges I experience. That’s helped motivate me to write.

The main thing is I look forward to writing here on Substack 99% of the time. That’s pretty good going for me as I love new projects and can get easily distracted by new shiny topics. Hope that helps. I’m looking forward to reading your Substack 😊
