We did Thailand for our honeymoon 9 years ago and it was beautiful- from boat trips to the island famous for being in a Bond movie, to late night market visits, to just wandering the beach at sunset, and early morning visits to Buddhist monk temples to provide offerings - we plan to take our son back one day. Let me see if I can find the name of the hotel we stayed in as it was amazing!
I would really recommend Bali. I went for my 30th and we stayed 10 days in the Bali Hyatt and did a few trips - it was so restful and so beautiful and soulful I loved it. ✨🙏🌀

Though two friends also on that trip have been to nearby Amorgos and loved it as a potentially even more beautiful yet quieter spot! 🇬🇷

It was really other worldly - we also loved air bnbs in Tuscany... now we go for package deals in hotel complexes so not quite what you need.
