Hi. I love your handwriting style. It’s unique and must say something about your personality. The mantra says it does. Congratulations on 1000 days. That’s incredible! I’ve tried to journal and lasted a while but somehow life throws me off. I’ve done handwritten and typing both.
Thanks for your kind comments Cheryl, it’s really appreciated. I’ve been where you’re at with journaling. I’ve wrestled with my journal for days and weeks. But persistence and giving myself permission to break all the rules and rage on the page has been the shift I needed. Like learning to ride a bicycle one day it just clicks. It’s taken me over a year though. There is quite a significant difference to the variety of journaling practices and therapeutic journaling on a totally different level. I guess I love it so much now and can’t imagine not journaling each day. Plus I’ve lowered my expectations and let the pen do the work. I hope you can find your journaling mojo soon. Keep checking in especially for my Sunday WROD:ship prompts. 🤗
Congratulations Tanya, 1000 days in incredible. I love the letter it is so open and honest, and something I will try to do to myself when I'm ready. You are such an inspiration and I have learnt so much from you. Thank you ❤️.
Right back at you Jo. You are my favourite wise, wonderful, old bird !! I am so grateful we have met via Substack and IRL, long may our friendship last. I hope you're enjoying a relaxing Sunday so far. x
Thank you Lynn. I do believe we are all capable of adopting such an important daily practice. Once we make it a priority and give ourselves permission to journal daily, it really does become a balm for the mind, body & soul xx
Wow, 1000 days! That is most definitely worth celebrating and incredibly inspiring to those of us dallying with journalling. Ten days in a row seems a stretch at the moment but who knows, after reading this xxx

What an achievement, in all things actually - you should, rightly, be very proud of yourself!
