How are you today?  Ain't no sunshine here in Cardiff this morning, but I’m feeling rather invigorated after my morning walk along the rugged coastline.

Whilst out on my walk I was reflecting over a conversation I had with a couple of women yesterday. Both explained that their journaling practice often falls by the wayside, becoming just another task on their ever-growing “to do” list.  I hear this time and time again, that women start journaling with enthusiasm only to find their commitment waning over time.  During my conversation yesterday, the women I spoke to wanted to know how I’ve managed to consistently journal every single day.
