I am thrilled to announce a new collaboration with debut memoirist and fashion academic Stacey Heale, for an exclusive day retreat in the serene setting of Oxfordshire on Friday 14th June 2024.
With only 15 spaces available, this promises to be an intimate and transformative day retreat experience you won’t want to miss.

Join us for a day filled with exploration as we delve into the messy, intricate nature of our lives through the power of expressive writing within a supportive and safe environment.
This day retreat will provide a remarkable opportunity to reframe the challenging moments in our lives, help you break through creative barriers and learn techniques to access the healing power of writing.
Stacey will guide us through exercises designed to tap into our authentic voices and understand our feelings in a non-competitive, judgement-free community. Drawing on her own experiences, Stacey will share personal examples and offer insights into her journey of writing about hard things, including stories never before published.
As well as the writing sessions, Stacey will provide valuable tips on crafting a book proposal, pitching ideas to magazines, finding the right agent and approaching publishers.

Honestly, Stacey is a wonderful woman, a burst of energy, she has an infectious personality, loves a good old natter, and a really talented creative. I absolutely love being in her company. Ooh and the retreat residence is off the scale AMAZING, weather permitting we’ll get the opportunity to dine alfresco by the pool.
