How are you? How was your Bank Holiday weekend? Did you have fun? Did you take the time to relax? If so, did you manage to carve out a few moments to journal?
Sometimes when life becomes too hectic to journal, especially if the house is busy, as it can be during the Easter holidays, I make sure write down at least ONE word in my journal. I can’t go a day without journaling, so writing just one word a day, is my way of pausing for thought especially when the day can pass you by. Daily journaling has now become a daily ritual. No matter what life throws at me, I always find the time to journal - it’s now become a non-negotiable daily habit.
Earlier this morning, I thought I’d only have time to write one word, but surprisingly I managed to find the time to write this in my journal… “After another rubbish night sleep, I’m actually feeling on ‘top form’ today, the sun is shining and I’m heading back to the "House on the Beach" for another few days to work by the ocean.
