How are you feeling today?
I’m feeling rather grateful for another warm, sun drenched morning, while I holiday in paradise. I’m sat here enjoying Greek island vibes, drinking my first coffee of the day, as I write a few words this Sunday.
For me, no matter where I am in the world, Sunday is my favourite day to journal and engage in the nurturing practice of therapeutic writing.
