How are you feeling today? I dearly hope you’re enjoying a slower pace of life. If you can’t kick back and relax for just a few minutes on a Sunday, then I’m not sure when.
Sunday, is my favourite day of the week, and in my humble opinion it’s one of the best days to make time to journal. But it’s also a day of rest. So I’m taking this Sunday to be with my family. I didn’t want to miss today’s newsletter, so I’ve duplicated one from a few months ago. I hope you don’t mind. It is a sweet one, I hope you enjoy it.
