Let's all try and be quiet, just for a moment

Dear friend

How are you today?

I’m just a few hours away from saying goodbye to the “House on the Beach”, and already my heart aches.

As I sit here watching the waves roll gently onto the shoreline, I find myself reflecting on the importance of embracing moments of quiet and setting boundaries to safeguard my inner peace.

At 49, and as the founder of a retreats business, you’d think I’d have mastered the art of relaxation by now.  Yet, like many of us, I still struggle to soak in my surroundings and ignore notifications, to ensure I’m not disturbed. Well, it is Monday morning, after all, emails and DM’s will filter through, it’s become the norm. Rather than get sidetracked by the to do list, I’m going to spend a little longer journaling, especially with the panoramic sea view in the background, if ever there was a time to take it slow, it’s right now

“Setting boundaries is an act of self-love, not selfishness”

Care to navigate the path to inner calm with me? Please help yourself to these …
