Pausing For Thought

How are you feeling today? Do you have sunshine on your face? I hope so.

Hooray for glorious sunshine. What a tonic it is.
I had the most exhilarating beach walk with the ridgebacks at 7am this morning. Without checking the time, I stayed a little longer and let the warm sunny vibes soak into my skin, a much need dose of vitamin D that’s for sure.
I’m still a little tired, more mentally drained after my weekend in bustling London, sharing time with wonderful souls and the extraordinary gentlewoman that is Elizabeth Gilbert. So I’m taking the rest of today off work to rest, not forcing myself to do anything mentally tasking or creative. So rather than force the words, I’m re-sharing an article I wrote about “purpose” back in autumn last year.
