How are you today?
I’m on a digital detox this weekend, but I can’t resist popping on Substack to say a quick hello. It also gives me the opportunity to reflect on the moments I enjoyed this month, even though March zoomed by, I have so many memories to cherish.
I thoroughly enjoyed taking myself out for an Artist’s Date, always to my local book shop, where I sit with my coffee, large slice of lemon drizzle cake and a flick through a pile of books, I’d love to own one day.
Meeting up with my students from the last series of “Rage on Page” in Oxford for a delicious afternoon tea after a few hours of mooching around the book shops. Have you ever been to Blackwell’s book shop? Oh my goodness, the one in Oxford is an Aladdin’s Cave for books. Heavenly!
I promised to be more grounded this year and I couldn’t help but hug a tree. Judi Dench would have been so proud of me.
