Over the past couple of years I have been guiding women on an introspective journey, where we discover that honouring our anger is not a sign of weakness but a testament to our resilience and inner strength.

Today’s journaling prompts will help you explore the empowering concept of taking a leap of faith and investing in yourself.
Life is full of opportunities, but often, we hesitate to seize them due to fear, doubt, or uncertainty. However, it’s those moments of boldness and courage that lead to personal growth, fulfilment and transformation.
Today, I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and reflection to delve into what it means to take a leap of faith and create a future that your present self will one day thank you for.
1. Reflect on a time when you took a leap of faith in the past. What inspired you to take that leap and what were the outcomes? How did it shape your life?
2. What is the one thing you’ve been hesitant to pursue due to fear or self-doubt? Write about why you’ve been holding back and explore what could happen if you were to take that leap of faith.
3. Imagine your ideal future self, living a life filled with purpose, passion and fulfilment. What steps can you take today to align yourself with that vision? Write down your action plan.
4. Explore the concept of self-belief and confidence. What limiting beliefs or negative self-talk are holding you back from taking the leap of faith? Challenge these beliefs and write a couple of affirmations to bolster your confidence.
5. Commit to taking one small action action that aligns with your leap of faith. It could be sending an email, signing up for a new class or simply declaring your intention to yourself. Celebrate this first step forward and acknowledge the bravery it represents.
Take your time with these prompts, and remember that journaling is a safe space for self-expression and exploration. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and trust by taking a leap of faith, you’re investing in a brighter future for yourself.
My leap of faith, is that I’m going to make the majority of my Substack posts available for paid subscribers only. I’m a company of one, trying to build my little empire and I need all the support I can get. My dream is buy a beach house big enough that I can host writing & wellbeing retreats rather than rent venues in different locations as I do at present.
My dream retreat, will be a haven by the ocean, a safe space where women can come to stay, to rest, to write and rejuvenate their souls. Every little penny I make here on Substack will go towards making my dream a reality.
