And why this fuels my rage...

WARNING - This is my Sunday ‘Rage on a Page’ moment

Am I the only person in the UK not aware of the Bristol ‘Clean Air Zones’?!

I don’t watch the news, read the newspapers, click onto Bristol Council website or scroll down Twitter or ‘X’ or whatever it’s now called. So I am not aware of the charges that are now in place when driving through Bristol Clean Air Zones.

I know some of you might be reading this and saying, but Tanya there are signs everywhere! Really? Well they are not visible to a midlife woman, with a car full of family and luggage, who’s just got off a flight, landed in Bristol airport, tired and trying to help navigate her partner out of the city centre traffic.

I saw zero signs! but then I wasn’t looking for any particular sign, just the M4 to South Wales.

Maybe just maybe, Bristol Council could have kindly sent me a letter to remind me I have recently travelled through the ‘Clean Air Zone’ in a city I don’t live in. Giving me at one weeks grace to pay the charges and th…
