I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how we capture our thoughts on paper. You know that feeling when you sit down with your journal and just… stare at the blank page? Sound familiar? Some days the words flow effortlessly, and other days it feels like trying to push custard up a hill (not sure where I heard that statement about custard, but it’s stuck with me). That’s why I was so intrigued when stumbled across a new journalling technique that seems to solve this common struggle.

It’s called “Plus Minus Next” journalling, created by Anne-Laure Le Cunff, the founder of Ness Labs. I actually picked up her new book “Tiny Experiments” a week or so ago, and I’ve barely put it down. The method she’s developed is deceptively simple, yet so powerful that it’s starting to transform how I approach reflection.
