Hello new followers, so nice to virtually meet you.
Welcome to ‘with ease’, a space where I share my knowledge, my connections, my mission and a springboard to the world of therapeutic journaling, where women are discovering the power of self expression and introspection. Through the practice of daily journaling, many are experiencing profound shifts in their lives, emerging as happier, more fulfilled individuals with newfound clarity about their creative goals.
I have a mission, and it’s to encourage as many women as possible, regardless of age or experience, to journal daily for the rest of their lives! In my humble opinion, the daily practice of journaling should be a non-negotiable ritual in your wellbeing toolkit.
And these are my reasons WHY…
In the journey of therapeutic journaling, the women I work with via “Rage on a Page” find solace in the pages of their journals, where they pour out their thoughts, emotions and aspirations. As they navigate their inner landscapes, they unearth hidden treasures of self-awareness and personal growth. The act of putting pen to paper becomes a sacred ritual, a pathway to inner peace and understanding.
Through my practice, women release the burdens of their past and embrace the possibilities of their futures. Some decide to launch a new creative project, others unblock their creativity to write the book they’ve always dreamed of writing and a few discover their true purpose in life. The common thread seems to be that women discover the beauty of self-acceptance and self-love, learning to celebrate their strengths and embrace their vulnerabilities. After the program is complete, with newfound clarity, my students chart a course towards creative fulfilment, guided by the wisdom gained from their journaling practice.
“Through the art of channeling emotions, you discover the alchemy of turning pain into power and adversity into opportunity”
In essence “Rage on a Page” is not just a journaling program, it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. I’m noticing women starting to unlock the door to their true potential, emerging happier, more confident with a clear vision of their creative endeavours. So if you’re ready to embark on this transformative journey, and would like to try one of my guided journaling workshops as a taster, just let me know.
You may like to flex your journaling muscle today, if so, please help yourself to my journaling prompts below…
1. Explore a challenge or obstacle you’re currently facing. How does this challenge make you feel, and what emotions does it evoke? Brainstorm potential solutions on how to overcome it.
2. Identify three things you’re grateful for today, no matter how big or small. Reflect on why these things bring you joy and how they enrich your life.
3. Recall a moment when you felt truly inspired or motivated. What inspired you, and how did it impact your mindset and outlook on life. Explore how you can cultivate more moments of inspiration in your daily life.
These prompts have been created by me, for you, and are designed to encourage self-reflection, insight and personal growth. Hopefully guiding you on your journey towards greater self-awareness and empowerment through the practice of therapeutic journaling.
Until the next time
Take care and stay safe xx
