Dear friend

How are you feeling today? Well as you can tell from the title of my newsletter, I’m feeling a huge surge of resistance, it’s like this big huge shadow following me around everywhere. What about you? You do struggle with resistance?

For me resistance is like a sneaky companion that shows up uninvited whenever I’m about to do something meaningful. Most recently it’s when I’m about to start writing my book, it just boldly pulls up a chair and stares right at me, grinning in the corner.

Here’s the thing about me and resistance - it’s incredibly predictable. It whispers to me those familiar sentences: “You’re too busy,” “You’re not a writer,” “Who are you to write a book …
