


A caffeine fix at my local Danish bakery is calling and I must go!
My excuse - the storms nailed me to the ground on my early morning dog walk. It’s wild out there and Autumn has well and truly arrived here in Cardiff. So I’m heading to refuge in one of my favourite hang outs, because I’m craving a posh coffee and a cosy sanctuary away from the drilling commotion coming from my neighbours house refurbishment.
There is something so soothing about stepping into a favourite coffee shop, it’s like stepping into another world, a world where time slows down and worries slip away. I’m addicted to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee that wafts through the air, enveloping me in its warm embrace. The gentle hum of conversations, sometimes a new born baby crying whilst his mum soothes him back to sleep; the soft clinking of cups and faint jazz music, together creates a symphony of white noise - my kind of heaven.
